KELLY OAK, INVESTIGATOR Kelly Oak is our investigator for all of the firms' practice areas for cases that do not involve accident reconstruction. Kelly has worked for some of the top law firms in Atlanta and in 2008, she formed Georgia Legal Support to provide paralegal services and investigative services to firms. We have worked with Kelly since we opened our practice in 2009. Sometimes she has been in our offices every day, and we consider her part of our team. By having her on our team, we get access to accident scenes, witnesses and law enforcement often on the same day we are retained by the client. Kelly's services are an invaluable force multiplier in our effort to provide the most effective effort in fighting for our clients, and we are proud to have her on our team. KECIA KLOB, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Kecia Klob provides administrative support to the Klob Law Firm's paralegal staff and also assists with marketing efforts on behalf of the firm. She has a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Georgia State University and previously worked as a certified Paraprofessional with special education students for several years at Centerville Elementary in Gwinnett County. In addition to her support of the Klob Law Firm staff, Kecia also oversees the charitable contribution efforts of the firm in support of local ministries and community service organizations. Some of the ministries that Kecia and our firm have supported in the past include WellSpring Living, Cross-Purpose Community Foundation, Pregnancy Resource Center of Gwinnett and the Southeast Gwinnett Cooperative Ministry. JUDY GREENBAUM CROY, OF-COUNSEL Judy Croy serves as an of-counsel attorney for the Klob Law Firm and provides assistance with VA Disability claims. Judy is a graduate of the University of Georgia Law School and is licensed to practice law in Georgia. Ms. Croy has over 25 years of litigation experience with workers' compensation and disability claims and has also received the "AV Preeminent" peer review rating from the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell national legal directory. In addition to handling VA claims for the Klob Law Firm, Judy also maintains a full-time private practice with an AV-rated firm in Atlanta and she has been certified by the Veterans' Administration to represent disabled veterans in hearings before the VA at all levels of the administrative process. |

Lisa Dittman serves as the firm's office manager, marketing manager, referral coordinator, and cancer disability advocate. In addition to her prior law firm experience, Lisa also has extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance industries. Lisa also serves as director of the Cross Purpose Community Foundation, a nonprofit cancer advocacy and community assistance organization providing support to families in East Metro Atlanta, Northwest Georgia, and Chattanooga.
Edita Kadiric is the firm's senior paralegal and serves as case manager for workers' compensation and personal injury claims, as well as for all Social Security disability appeals for our Bosnian and Spanish-speaking clients. Edita has 10 years of experience as a workers' compensation paralegal and is currently pursuing addtional professional development through the ABA-accredited Paralegal Studies program at Georgia Piedmont Technical College. In addition to her extensive paralegal expertise, Edita is also fluent in both Bosnian and Spanish.
Jamie Smith is the firm's case coordinator and is responsible for pre-litigation preparation of all Social Security claims for the Klob Law Firm. Prior to joining the Klob Law Firm, Jamie was office manager for the New London Driving School in Loganville, where she managed a high-volume client caseload to ensure regulatory compliance with multiple state agencies. In addition to her primary responsibilities with Social Security Disability claims, Jamie also assists that Klob Law Firm with all aspects of Veterans Disability claims and with administrative law hearings involving enforcement of the Georgia Outdoor Advertising Control Act.
Lauren Baroni is the firm's case manager and provides assistance for Social Security claims for all phases of the administrative appeals process up to and including administrative hearings. Lauren has prior business management experience, as well as work in the nonprofit sector, and her prior experience is invaluable in ensuring that client files are developed and prepared for hearing or for favorable consideration prior to hearing. Lauren completed her core college coursework at Kennesaw State University and is currently continuing her studies in the ABA-accredited Paralegal Studies program at Georgia Piedmont Technical College.
